Jumu’ah Prayer at Ikhlas Masjid
The Friday prayer (Jumu’ah) is one of the most important acts of worship in Islam. Allah says in the Quran: “O you who have believed, when [the adhan] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumu’ah, then proceed to the remembrance of Allah and leave trade.” (62:9)
At Ikhlas Masjid we hold multiple Jumu’ah congregations to accommodate our growing community. Both feature a khutbah (sermon) followed by the two-rakat prayer.
