Funeral Services (Janazah)
Performing the Janazah prayer is a communal obligation (Fard Kifayah) upon Muslims. We are here to support families during the most difficult of times.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever attends a Janazah until he prays will have one qirat of reward, and whoever attends until the burial will have two qirats.” (Bukhari & Muslim)
Services We Provide
- Ghusl (Washing) — Ritual washing of the deceased by trained volunteers
- Kafn (Shrouding) — Preparation of the Islamic burial shroud
- Janazah Prayer — Funeral prayer led by our Imam at the masjid
- Burial Arrangements — Assistance with burial at local Islamic cemeteries
- Bereavement Support — Pastoral care for grieving families
